BACKROAD
The BACKROAD is our fresh take on the Classic American Work Boot of the early 20th century. Functional yet sophisticated this is a 6-inch all-purpose boot with the Vibram® 269 Westerner sole.
Made with our water-resistant waxed Portuguese leather that will reveal a stunning patina over time, the BACKROAD will age handsomely with wear.
The BACKROAD is made with a genuine leather midsole, hand-laid cork filler, and Genuine Goodyear Welt Construction, a durable welt process that allows our boots to be re-soled repeatedly.

UPPER: Hand-buffed Portuguese top-grain cowhide leather, 2.2mm thick
CONSTRUCTION: 270˚ Goodyear welt
EYELETS: Anti-rust brass hardware
LACES: Waxed cotton laces in brown
FILLER: Cork bottom filler that molds to your feet
INSOLE: Tan genuine leather
MIDSOLE: Genuine leather, 4.5mm thick + extra high-density rubber midsole for a stronger attachment between the leather midsole and the outsole
SOLE: Vibram® 269 Westerner flat sole
SHANK: Steel
HEEL: Genuine stacked leather with Vibram® heel protector
