The BACKROAD is our fresh interpretation of the classic American work boot from the early 20th century. Combining functionality with sophistication, this 6-inch all-purpose boot is designed for both rugged performance and everyday style. Equipped with the Vibram® 269 Westerner sole, the BACKROAD delivers exceptional durability and comfort.
Crafted from water-resistant, waxed Portuguese leather, this boot is built to withstand the elements while developing a rich, stunning patina over time. With wear, the BACKROAD will only become more handsome, reflecting its journey with you.

• UPPER: Hand-buffed Portuguese top-grain cowhide leather, 2.2mm thick
• CONSTRUCTION: 270˚ Goodyear welt for long-lasting durability
• EYELETS: Anti-rust brass hardware
• LACES: Waxed cotton laces in brown
• FILLER: Cork bottom filler that molds to your feet
• INSOLE: Tan genuine leather, removable insole
• MIDSOLE: Genuine leather, 4.5mm thick + extra high-density rubber midsole for a stronger bond between the leather midsole and outsole
• SOLE: Vibram® 269 Westerner flat sole for superior traction and flexibility
• SHANK: Steel shank for enhanced support and stability

The BACKROAD is constructed with a genuine leather midsole, hand-laid cork filler, and Genuine Goodyear Welt Construction. This durable welt process ensures that your boots can be re-soled repeatedly, extending their life and maintaining their quality over time.
