SUMMER HOLIDAY ALERT:

 

Orders placed until the 14th of July will be shipped

by the 2nd week of August.

Orders placed after the 14th of July will be shipped

by the last week of September.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES​

 

 

Our boots are made to order. Therefore, we don’t cancel orders and we don’t accept returns.

We don't make changes in the order when it's already in production. Every pair is crafted by hand and takes time to make.

It allows us not to overproduce and better care about the environment and our craftsmen.

We are grateful for your understanding and are always ready to help you to find the perfect size.

We accept exchanges on unworn and unused products within 15 days of receiving the parcel, provided that:

All products must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for shipping (all the costs in both ways) and customs on all exchanges.

 

The shipping costs for exchanges will be the same that you paid during the purchase.
