Shipping to Portugal: €10

to the EU/UK: €20

to Norway/Cyprus/Malta: €40

 

PLEASE ALLOW 4 TO 6 WEEKS FOR THE CRAFTING AND SHIPPING OF YOUR ORDER. CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS ALLERT: orders placed until the 27th of November will be ready for shipment by the 3rd week of December. Orders placed after the 27th of November will be ready for shipment by the 3rd week of January.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES​

 

 

Our boots are made to order, ensuring each pair is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. As a result, we do not cancel orders or accept returns. Once an order is in production, no changes can be made. Each pair is handcrafted, requiring time and dedication, which helps us avoid overproduction, reduce our environmental impact, and support our skilled craftsmen.

We accept exchanges on unworn and unused products within 15 days of receiving your parcel, provided the following conditions are met:

 

• Product Condition: All items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways) and any customs fees associated with the exchange.

 

 

The shipping costs for exchanges will match the amount you paid during the initial purchase.
